Fresh & Fabulous is family-owned and operated. 

We’ve been around since 2006 when we started in

a 950 sq. ft. cafe in the Historic Woolworth Building

in Downtown Oxnard.

Two cafe moves, two sons, one pandemic and 18 years later, we turned a thriving cafe business into an even better Medically Tailored Meals catering company.

Magda's education as a registered dietitian and 7 years prior work experience in consulting to senior meal programs in LA came in very handy when converting to serving the seniors in our community.

We have a team of dedicated dietitians, kitchen staff and drivers who now specialize in serving Medically Tailored Meals throughout Ventura County in partnership with the County of Ventura AAA and Gold Coast Health Plan

(Medi-cal for Ventura County). 

 

 We love what we do and it shows in the

smiles on the faces of our satisfied customers.
