We provide 14 delicious, medically tailored meals and 7 fruits/dessert delivered straight to your home three times per week—fresh from our Camarillo kitchen. Our menu includes heat-and-eat entrees, hearty soups, fresh salads, and satisfying sandwiches, all designed to support your health and wellness. Making the switch is simple! First, our onboarding team or dietitian will need to ensure that our meal program is the right fit for your needs, next you will need to call Mom’s Meals to set a cancellation date (about 1-2 weeks in advance), and we’ll guide you through the transition. ABOUT US
Fresh & Fabulous is family-owned and operated.
We’ve been around since 2006 when we started in
a 950 sq. ft. cafe in the Historic Woolworth Building
in Downtown Oxnard.
Two cafe moves, two sons, one pandemic and 18 years later, we turned a thriving cafe business into an even better Medically Tailored Meals catering company.
Magda's education as a registered dietitian and 7 years prior work experience in consulting to senior meal programs in LA came in very handy when converting to serving the seniors in our community.
We have a team of dedicated dietitians, kitchen staff and drivers who now specialize in serving Medically Tailored Meals throughout Ventura County as a provider for
Gold Coast Health Plan
(Medi-cal for Ventura County).
